Yashna Ginodia is an Associate at Lincolnshire and a member of the firm’s Deal Execution and Diligence Team. She is responsible for assisting with the evaluation and execution of potential investments, as well as the management and analysis of liquidity events in the current portfolio.

Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Yashna interned on the Mergers and Acquisitions team of Lindblad Expeditions, a luxury expedition company, evaluating several potential opportunities. She also interned as a private equity analyst at Noonmark Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, where she assisted in the due diligence for a $6 million investment as part of her role identifying target investment industries and companies.

Yashna holds a BSc in Finance from New York University. Having been bitten by the travel bug early on, Yashna has traveled to 16 countries so far, a list she plans to extend soon. In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes, reading, and facetiming her family and her beloved dog, in India.
