Pieter Kodde is a Senior Advisor at Lincolnshire. He has served as a Managing Directors and as a member of the Origination Team. Through his international network of investment banks, brokers and business relationships, Pieter sources platform investments and add-on acquisitions for Lincolnshire. He has been on the boards of Nursery Supplies, Desch Plantpak, Phoenix, Rapid Ocean Response Corporation and Allison Marine Holdings. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Pieter spent twelve years with Rabobank International in San Francisco and New York and was the Founder and Head of the Leveraged Finance Group for North America, responsible for origination and execution of over 50 buy-out transactions in the Food & Beverage Industry. Before joining Rabobank in North America, Pieter worked with ABN AMRO in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Treasury and Corporate Finance.

Pieter is from the Netherlands and is a graduate of Amsterdam School of Business in the Netherlands. Pieter travels often, particularly to Europe, and is a cycling enthusiast. He speaks fluent Portuguese and Dutch and is proficient in German and French.
