Michael Morris is a Senior Analyst at Lincolnshire and a member of the firm’s Deal Execution and Diligence Team. Michael is responsible for assisting with the evaluation and execution of potential investments, as well as the management and analysis of liquidity events within the current portfolio.

Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2022, Michael was an analyst at Calex Partners, a healthcare services focused M&A investment bank, where he advised on a number of sellside transactions. Previously, Michael was an Associate in the management consulting group at KPMG and also worked as an Analyst at Raytheon Company (now Raytheon Technologies).

Michael graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Finance. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
