Matthew Nacier is a Principal at Lincolnshire and a member of the firm’s Origination Team. He is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and reviewing new opportunities. With the execution team, he oversees the growth of several of the firm’s portfolio companies and works closely alongside management teams to scale the businesses. Matt is also responsible for supporting the firm’s due diligence efforts as Lincolnshire pursues new opportunities by identifying key areas for operational improvement within potential investment targets.

Prior to his current role at Lincolnshire, Matt worked for Iconic Holding, a global crypto asset management group, where he helped launch the first EU-regulated crypto index fund as the firm’s US Investments Director; and Investindustrial Inc., a European investment group which provides industrial solutions and capital to mid-market companies, where he focused on North American add-ons and early stage investment opportunities. Matt began his career with Lincolnshire as an analyst.

Matt earned a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Boston College, where he was Student Body President. Outside the office, Matt has a passion for all things automotive and also practices jiu-jitsu.
