John Waldron is a Senior Operating Partner at Lincolnshire and is on the Operations Team. John began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 2020, when he was CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board at realized Fund V portfolio company Schumacher Electric Corporation. He spent twenty four years at Schumacher Electric company rising through the ranks from VP of Operations, EVP, President and eventually CEO. Prior to Schumacher, John was with MagneTek Better Coil and Transformer Corp for twenty one years where he served as Controller and left as VP of Operations. In his leadership roles, he learned the importance of operational processes, new product launches, and strategy development and execution. John has a deep respect for the challenges a management team can face in growing a company.

John holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s College. Outside work, John enjoys woodworking, carpentry, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family.
